How do I register for WALK FOR THE WORLD? 

- Simply go online at www.WALKFORTHEWORLD.com and complete the registration form. Or if you wish to mail it in, you can complete the enclosed registration and mail it to Project 127 at 5315 Rocky River Road Charlotte NC 28215 

 

-Is there a registration fee to sign up a team or to walk? 

- No. Your donations are welcome. But, we simply ask that you walk and try to raise funds from businesses, friends, and family.  

 

Can my friends donate or pledge online? 

- Yes! Simply click on the donate page at www. WALKFORTHEWORLD.com They will be able to make donations and pledges in your name.  

How can I recruit more contributors or participants? 

- Think Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, anyone in your email contacts, doctors offices, teachers, even strangers – anyone that would be interested in helping others.  

- When you register, you will receive an email confirmation that will also include an attached letter that you may use to raise funds.

 

I would like to sponsor a friend, but prefer to make a donation by check. How can I mail in a donation? 

- Simply mail in any checks made out to Project 127 at 5315 Rocky River Road Charlotte NC 28215  

Is there a fundraising minimum that each participant must raise? 

- There is no minimum. There is no maximum. But the more you raise, the more of a difference you can make! 

What are the prizes? 

       *If you are able to raise $500 and above, you will be eligible for the following: 

- Grand Prize (1) – All Expense Paid Mission Trip INCLUDING AIRFARE with Project 127 in 2010. This is valued up to $1000!!! 

- 2nd Place Prize (1) – All Expense Paid Mission Trip NOT INCLUDING AIRFARE with Project 127 in 2010. This is valued at $500!!! 

- 3rd Place Prize (1) -  $100 off any Mission Trip with Project 127 in 2010.  

      *If you are able to raise $50 and above, you will receive the following: 

- A WALK FOR THE WORLD T-shirt 

- A multi-function pedometer to use on the day of the walk  

- 10% of everything you raise can be used towards a mission trip for 2010 if you are able to go.  

- ETERNAL investments in the lives of people around the world.
